A 67,885sqm site with DA approval for more than 74,000sqm of data centre development with an initial 10MW load and potential future access of between 50MW to 100MW.

DA was achieved in March 2021 and Trifalga is now seeking interest from hyperscalers and data centre operators to partner on the site.

Pre-development work is underway with the intention of construction commencing during Q421.
