Castle Hill Development

The Castle Hill Showground Station Precinct is being transformed into a masterplanned community forecast to deliver 5000 new homes and 2300 jobs over the next 20 years.

Trifalga is working with leading Australian architects, Turner Studio, to create around 260 high-end residential apartments in three buildings up to seven storeys on a 12,333 sqm site within the precinct.

Close to the Hills Showground Metro station, the overall area has been envisioned to be ‘The Hills cultural and innovation precinct’.

It focuses on creating jobs close to homes, increased housing choice, better access to transport links, a network of attractive open spaces including the revitalised Castle Hill Showground, and a vibrant local centre with shops, cafes and restaurants.
