The Henry St Precinct is an incentive site within the Penrith CBD prime for redevelopment and renewal. An application has been prepared for the 6,300sqm gateway site at 39-49 Henry St, Penrith for a major mixed-use development within the CBD.
As part of Trifalga’s mission to develop vibrant mixed-use communities in high-growth CBDs, this redevelopment aims to revitalise a major site within Penrith CBD by bringing new commercial, residential and retail spaces, a new hotel, and embellishment of public open space.
The site was granted gateway from the Department of Planning and Environment and has concluded exhibition. A design competition will begin in the coming months.
