Brownfield Regeneration, West Ryde Station Precinct

This project will involve the regeneration of an underutilised service station into a mixed-use precinct close to West Ryde train station.

Trifalga’s envisages approximately 60 apartments, affordable housing under a Voluntary Planning Agreement and lively retail and commercial space to the area, subject to council approval.
