Keeler Street Development

Carlingford is part of a key transport corridor in Western/North Western Sydney and is a highly-prized area close to local schools and shopping centres.

There are many heritage sites and beautiful natural spaces, and the location will soon be serviced by the Parramatta Light Rail.

Trifalga’s team was able to work with Council to create a proposal for a high-quality boutique residential development of 16, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments in Keeler Street.

This proposal has been completed and the site has been sold.
